"GET MORTGAGE READY" PROGRAM

This program is designed to assist future and current homowners with the process of managing their credit, evaluating current monthly spending habits, establishing budgets, and determining a house payment that is right for you.

The program is a series of face-to-face meetings, a financial tracking worksheet, and credit evaluation efforts. For most, it will be a six month process while others may be as few as 60 days. This program takes commitment of all parties involved, and we are ready to invest the time and manpower to make homeownership a reality for those who are committed.

FIRST APPOINTMENT: Discuss goals, Application and copies of income documents, etc., Credit report, Explanation of "Get Mortgage Ready Program" and its goals

SECOND APPOINTMENT: Lender guidelines/ types of available loans/ money required, Factors in credit scoring, Review credit report, Disputing credit items and forms, New credit options and forms

THIRD APPOINTMENT: Emergency fund, Daily budget, Ideas to cut expenses, Save at least 10% vs. pay-off revolving credit

FOURTH APPOINTMENT: Seven Ideas to Build Wealth
